Introduction to Goharfam Industrial and Manufacturing Company
Goharfam industrial and manufacturing company was established in 1989 by very well experienced and efficient managers who had long been involved in the production of industrial surface coatings . The company's factory is situated outside Tehran within a 70 kilometer range towards the west in the so called Karaj – Qazvin old road. This factory is constructed  on a estate with an area of 20,000 square meters , of which 12,000 square meters is allocated to the production plants and warehouses. The plants include liquid paint, can coatings and  plastisol ,  phosphating and  degreasing  materials  and  resin  manufacturing
	Goharfam R&D and QC labs are amongst the biggest and most well equipped in the country. Through these facilities and by relying on well trained technical staff in conjunction with the incorporation of novel technology and modern machinery. Goharfam is capable of producing a wide range of professional and industrial  coatings
Goharfam's  experienced  and  well trained staff consists of a number of university graduates with degrees from BSC to PhD who work along with a larger number of technicians and skilled laborers  in different sections of the factory . In order to keep the personnel up to date, Goharfam's policy centers on holding various training courses and workshops both in Iran and abroad and participating in domestic and foreign professional expositions and seminars. This has lead to one of the major characteristics of the organization , which is an efficient after – sale service carried out on the coating application lines of different industries. In addition , and parallel to company's aim in meeting the customers needs in terms of quality, quantity , and satisfaction in accordance with the contracts and technical standards, the following policies have been implemented: * Application of source management consisting mainly of skill and technical promotion of staff within the organization . * Providing suitable working conditions with regards to innovation with the aim of dynamicity of the organization , constant improvement, and achieving zero wastage . * Application of up-to date technical know-how and planning system in order to meet the customer's demands with regards to quality production and on-time delivery. * Adaptation of activities according to national and international standards as well as customer's obligations and solidification of quality control management system according to latest ISO methods. * Application of a mandatory and precautionary proceedings with the aim of preventing unadaption and implementing the latest techniques of quality control system. * Solidification of quality management system on the basis of close cooperation and communion between the management and staff in all the various sections of the organization.
